Purpose
We use the email address submitted through this pre-launch form to send information about the launch of the MXGP Official Store and related store updates requested by the subscriber.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the subscriber's consent, given by actively selecting the consent checkbox before submitting the form.
Data retained
The pre-launch form stores the email address, UTC registration date, consent version and campaign attribution fields (UTM parameters, when present). The form does not intentionally store the visitor's IP address in the subscriber CSV.
Retention and rights
Personal data should be kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose and according to the final privacy policy approved by the data controller. Subscribers may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent using the privacy contact details above.
